This is possibly the nerdiest thing you'll see all day. Seth Cohen and I were discussing various types of polyhedral dice, and he expressed a desire for a pi-sided die. My initial response was, "In some states, that's a three-sided die..." As we continued on the topic, I eventually worked out the following, for which I am so ashamed:

Since a common approximation for π is 22/7, you could approximate a dπ with a d22.

Seven faces each for the numbers one through three, and the last face gets π on it.

Of course, they don't make d22s (yet) either, so that's only a theoretical solution.
